They said no I had to get in line behind them because someone else had told them to line up there, where there was no sign. I said yes I was but I would be getting on after the wheelchairs. Then a group of people asked me if I was a pre board. They brought up a gentleman in a wheelchair and put him right next to the sign that said pre board. I have missed connecting flights so I am reluctant to get a wheel chair. She assured me I would board right after the wheelchairs. She could tell by looking at me I have visible dressings on and my right arm is in a sling. Today the Attendant was very helpful, said I didn’t need a letter when I wanted to show it to her. I only need a wheelchair/pre board help when I am post medically necessary surgery. I usually don’t get one because it is such a hassle. I have a letter from my doctor that I need a wheelchair.
